Services described
Pages describing assessments, reviews, deep-dives, and workshops are informational. A binding scope exists only when confirmed in a written estimate or statement of work issued by Vector Hubline Co., Ltd..
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and original materials produced by Vector Hubline remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables differently. You retain ownership of your data, anonymised exports, and internal documents shared for an engagement. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the agreed work.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit malicious or deceptive form messages.
Liability
Facilitated analysis and recommendations are professional judgement based on materials you provide. They do not guarantee a particular retention outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Vector Hubline Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from decisions you make after an engagement. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
