Extended story: We came in after a noisy Q4 where paid acquisition looked healthy while renewals slipped. Vector Hubline mapped three risk pockets — new sellers who never listed twice, buyers who stopped messaging after a dispute, and a dormant cohort from an older onboarding path. The first two already had owners inside CS; the third needed a product rewrite we had postponed. The write-up did not invent vanity scores. It forced a sequence: fix the dormant path before expanding spend. Six weeks later the dormant cohort’s reactivation reply rate improved enough that we paused a planned discount campaign. Mild caveat — getting anonymised exports ready took longer than our brief promised, so the kickoff slipped by four days. Once materials arrived, the workshops stayed focused.
