About

Retention craft practiced from Bang Rak

Vector Hubline grew from a simple observation: teams collect more events than they can interpret when cancellations rise. We specialise in turning that noise into a readable churn risk picture.

Official name & history

Vector Hubline Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 in Bangkok. The practice began as independent retention reviews for Thai consumer apps that were expanding into neighbouring markets and losing renewals faster than acquisition could cover. Early clients asked for help reading cancellation notes and week-two habit collapse — work that became our Churn Risk Assessment.

By 2021 we had formalised Retention Signal Reviews and Cohort Deep-Dives as shorter companions to the assessment. In 2024 we opened a small studio space near Silom Road so Bangkok teams could bring printed workbooks and whiteboard the sequence in person. Today we remain a focused consultancy: we facilitate analysis and decisions; we do not sell software licences.

How we relate to clients

We treat your existing analytics exports and support themes as the source of truth. Sessions are conversational and specific — named cohorts, dated releases, owners for each signal. Our role is to pressure-test judgement, not to replace your product sense with a black-box score.

Values we keep visible

  • Prefer one well-owned retention signal over a crowded scoreboard.
  • Separate spoken cancellation reasons from earlier behavioural risk.
  • Leave a calendar commitment after every walkthrough.
  • Respect privacy boundaries — anonymised materials only.
