Refund Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to professional services offered by Vector Hubline for API usage analytics—including baseline audits, endpoint consumption mapping, quota and rate diagnostics, and instrumentation readiness reviews. It does not cover physical products, software licenses, or delivery of goods, which we do not sell.
Informational pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative. Binding fees appear in a written proposal or statement of work. No checkout or payment processing occurs on vector-hubline.digital.
Eligibility for refunds
Refund requests are considered when we have not substantially started the agreed work, or when we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control before delivering agreed outputs. “Substantially started” includes discovery sessions completed with documented baselines, log or gateway intake underway, or draft findings already shared.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to hello@vector-hubline.digital within 7 calendar days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, our cancellation notice, or your decision to cancel before kickoff).
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund: may apply if you cancel before kickoff and no preparatory work has been performed, or if we cancel before delivering any agreed output.
- Partial refund: may apply if work has begun but agreed deliverables are incomplete. The refund reflects fees paid minus a reasonable amount for work already performed (time spent on intake, analysis, and draft materials).
Non-refundable items
- Completed deliverables already accepted or delivered (audit briefs, consumption maps, diagnostic reports, readiness checklists).
- Third-party costs we prepaid on your written instruction (for example, specialized analysis tooling), where those costs cannot be recovered.
- Deposits clearly marked as non-refundable in the statement of work once discovery has started.
Deposits
Some engagements require a deposit to reserve start dates. If you cancel after discovery has started, the deposit may be applied to work performed; unused deposit amounts may be refunded at our discretion according to progress.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may request to reschedule a kickoff or review session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Repeated no-shows (failure to attend agreed sessions without notice) may result in forfeiture of the related session fee or deduction from prepaid amounts. We will attempt one courtesy reschedule for a first no-show.
Work already started
Once analysis of your API usage signals or related configuration has begun, fees corresponding to completed stages are owed. You remain entitled to materials produced for stages you have paid for.
Purchased materials
If an engagement includes purchase of reference datasets or tooling on your behalf with prior approval, those costs are generally non-refundable once ordered.
Refund process and method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer to an account you designate in Thailand. Processing typically completes within 10–15 business days after approval. You will receive written confirmation of the amount and method.
How to request a refund
Email hello@vector-hubline.digital with your name, company, engagement reference, and reason. You may also call +66 0-2476-5634 or write to 572-574 Ratchda-Thapra 4 Rd., Thon Buri, Bangkok, 10600, Thailand. We respond within 5 business days.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under applicable Thai law take precedence where they apply. Multi-week retainers, when used, are billed for periods already underway and are not prorated for unused days within an active period unless the statement of work says otherwise.
